This site does not ask for your name, your email or an account. Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere. There is no server holding your project figures, because there is no server — the pages are static files.
Standard web server and analytics data: pages visited, approximate region, referring site, browser and device type. This is aggregate traffic information used to see which calculators get used. It is not tied to an identity.
Dimensions, quantities and any other figures you enter are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are not transmitted, logged or stored on any server. Closing the tab discards them.
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, and you can review how Google uses data from sites that use its services at google.com/policies/technologies/partner-sites.
Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies. Their use of those cookies is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Some pages may link to suppliers or retailers through affiliate programmes, which pay a commission on purchases at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links do not change what the calculators recommend — quantities come from the arithmetic, not from what pays.
The site itself sets no cookies for tracking. Advertising and analytics providers may. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
The site registers a service worker so pages keep working without a connection. It caches page files in your browser only. It stores no personal data and transmits nothing.
This site is aimed at people doing construction and trade work and is not directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Since this site holds no personal data about visitors, there is generally nothing to access or delete — but questions are welcome at contact@storypoletools.com.
